It seems to be slighly larger and has bigger wheels than my old one which has given me so much help and hard work over the last five years, and has now had to retire. .This new one is very smart and I am extremely pleased with it.

I ordered the rollator expecting to have to wait for some time for delivery. I was amazed and delighted to have my order delivered the very next day although it was quite late in the evening when I actually ordered it.

| To the Wheelchair Team,
many thanks for the quick delivery of my new Esteem Alloy wheelchair which arrived last week.
It is extremely comfortable and my husband and son asked me to tell you that it is so easy to push!
Thankyou also for the lovely rucksack type bag that was included - it will be very useful on days out!
My previous wheelchair was a much cheaper one, with solid rear (big) wheels and the atrocious paving slabs, in our town, unfortunately damaged the 2 front small wheel frames beyond repair.
I had a right leg extension (steel) for this wheelchair, which will not fit my new one and I was wondering if you knew of anywhere i could contact that take and sell second hand wheelchair parts, to put towards a suitable right leg extension for my new one, as they are quite expensive? It is as new.
Many thanks again for enabling me to get out and about again!
The Esteem is an excellent wheelchair and excellent price.

| just to let you know of my appreciation, your Esteem alloy self propel wheelchair arrived on Wednesday less than 24 hours after it was posted to me. Very good service!! On Friday I had to use it to go London - the Albert Hall,altogether 2 train journeys and 4 taxi rides. The chair was light and easy to put on the train and into the taxis, and was a pleasure to use after my last heavy steel wheelchair!!

The new one arrived today and is fine,no problems with this one.They also collected the other at the same time.
I am very impressed by your excellent service.It was a nice touch to include a cushion for him.

It's so nice for him to have his own chair again as it isn't always easy finding one at the hospital.
My husband os just about to start 6 weeks intensive radiotheray(every day) so will really need the chair as it can't stand or walk very well at all due to a soinal problem.
